The One and Toxic Girl in Male Friends Group

I’m going to express my thoughts a bit harshly and bluntly in this text, but this is the only way I can convey my feelings. The girls mentioned in the title are simply awful. You’ve probably seen them in your school or university – a group of 4-5 guys with one girl who acts all sweet and innocent. Avoid that female creature at all costs; don’t be friends with her, don’t date her. I’m writing this text based on years of observations, and I hope that my words can do some good for someone.

Who is This Toxic Girl?

Firstly, in these kinds of friend groups, there’s always at least one guy who is infatuated with or trying to get with that girl. It’s inevitable. If it’s not happening right now, it will happen in the future; it’s an unchangeable fact. These female creatures thrive on the competition among the guys in the group to win their attention. They see themselves as an unreachable prize. When attention pours in from all sides, they become arrogant. They cut off communication with other girls because other girls don’t give them as much attention as the guys. In short, almost all of these girls are attention-seekers. They don’t care about one-on-one friendships with individuals in the group; what they want to preserve is their status within the group to maintain attention. If you ever have an issue with that girl, for example, and you tell her about it, she most likely won’t admit her mistake. Instead, she will turn to the guys who protect and defend her, hoping they will give her attention, perhaps even throw her under the bus. Then everyone will blame you, and you’ll be cast aside from the group. In university, I witnessed numerous dramatic friendships falling apart because of such groups.

The Transforming Girl

Naturally, if you have a crowd of people defending you instead of warning you when you make a mistake, you gradually lose your sense of empathy and become a selfish, arrogant, ungrateful, and always-right creature. After this point, it’s extremely difficult to correct her behavior. When you try to fix her, she’ll run straight to her protectors, the guys who won’t let anyone criticize her, maybe even give her a bit of attention. And then she’ll say, “He said this to me, but he’s lying.” Various incidents and reactions will give her immense pleasure in stroking her ego.

From this point on, two different scenarios unfold, and I’ve witnessed both.

First Scenario

If the guys are intelligent, they’ll recognize the girl’s toxicity, cut ties with her, and at that point, she’ll remember all the injustices she did to her other friends and feel remorse. She’ll apologize. Then, because she’ll be alone and in need of daily attention, she’ll seek a new group of guys. Generally, girls who are expelled from their groups for the first time tend to join more macho and rough male groups. I don’t need to explain further; their lives spiral downwards.

Second Scenario

If the guys are not intelligent, the situation gets worse. This girl becomes the friend who ruins your friendships. In university, such groups were always destroyed because of these princess girls. They usually enjoy manipulating you into fighting among yourselves for her attention. After the group falls apart, she goes hunting for a new group of guys for attention. Then she becomes a total nuisance. I’ve created this text based on years of personal observations. The data I used is limited, so there may be some margin for error, but overall, we can comfortably say that these kinds of girls are toxic compared to other girls.

Conclusion

If you’re in a group, never let these types of girls in. If you insist on having them, have more than one – because when there’s only one, this is what happens. Stay away from these types and these groups at all costs; the most immature and toxic dramas happen in these groups. Stay away from these girls no matter what. I’m telling you once again, remove them from your life completely. Make new friends.
